Camping Val de Vie is a small, traditional campsite with the emphasis on personal service and contact. We regard our visitors not only as clients but friends. The campsite has none of the commercialism of larger sites in the area, enabling all our customers to enjoy a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The site is served by 2 "state of the art" sanitary blocks, which have spacious showers, toilets and hand basins in cubicles. In addition we have a shower & W.C for the less able bodied and a tiny tots room comprising a bath, changing table & mini loo. There is also a chemical loo disposal point, laundry rooms, with deep sinks, washing machine & ironing facilities & dish washing rooms. Constant hot water is provided at no extra charge.
Our sanitary facilities are always maintained to the very highest level of cleanliness & we are regularly complimented on them, not only by our British visitors but also our many Dutch customers.
Additionally, we have a sparkling, heated pool (12m x 8m), ideal for serious swimmers, beginners and children alike. There is also a small children's playground with large sand pit, boules court and ping pong table. Adjacent to the campsite are tennis courts (nominal charge payable) and golf at Coëx 15 kms. With fishing on the Lac d'Apremont (300 metres), great cycling, walking and mini-golf not forgetting the beach there is something to entertain every member of the family. In Maché we have a boulangerie, small supermarket, tabac and bar. Aizenay (5kms) offers a Hypermarket and all the other services of a small town.
Touring Pitches
Our 64 spacious touring pitches have electric hook up & easy access to fresh water and can comfortably accommodate your caravan, tent or motor home.
9 of these pitches are designated Super Pitches each being a minimum of 150m2 in size and having individual 10 amp electricity, fresh water tap and grey water drainage.
We have specifically designed these pitches to accommodate larger caravans and motor homes. Dogs are welcome on our touring pitches but must be kept on a leash at all times.
Our touring pitches are open from 1st May until 30th September annually. However, we can accept units in April and October for 5 nights or more, by reservation only.

Mobile Home Rentals
If you would rather leave your caravan at home or have non caravanning friends who would like to holiday with you, we have the perfect solution.
Two fresh, bright, well equipped mobile homes for rent. These are fully plumbed to all mains services and comprise 2 bedrooms, a lounge/dining area, spacious kitchen, shower room with hand basin & separate W.C.
In addition to containing all the cooking utensils and tableware you are likely to need for your holiday, the mobile homes come fully equipped with pillows, duvets and bed linen.
For alfresco dining a patio table and parasol, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ are also provided.
Travelling with baby? No worry! We have a travel cot and highchair available upon request.
Of course you can also use our wonderful on site facilities, baby room, showers, laundry, not forgetting our sparkling, heated swimming pool.
Smoking is prohibited in the mobile home, as are animals. A full inventory for the mobile homes is available on request.
We are happy to offer best choice suggestions for ferry crossings, flights and en route hotels should you require them.
Mobile Home Sales
Your own holiday home with none of the worries
We have 30 spacious pitches allocated for the installation of mobile homes. There are presently 16 mobile home emplacements available ranging in size from 160m2 to 200m2.
Occupation of the mobile homes is available to owners for up to 46 weeks of the year. We do not accept mobile homes for commercial letting.

Because we can source mobile homes direct from the manufactures we are able to offer very competitive prices, as there are no intermediaries involved. We can supply any make of mobile home but favour two English marques, ABI & Pemberton, with whom we have a strong relationship, which is helpful should after sales service be required.
All mobile home installations are keys in hand and the quoted price is the price you pay. There are no hidden extras!
